Diocesan Prayer Cycle

Every Sunday at all services we pray for our Bishop and the United Dioceses of Cork, Cloyne and Ross.
This Cycle of Prayer covers our own diocese; the dioceses of the Church of Ireland; the Anglican Cycle of Prayer and the Porvoo Prayer Diary.
It is supposed that each parish or union of parishes will also have its own local cycle of petitions/concerns and topics for prayer.
Whilst prayer is not just a matter of 'lists' - a cycle of prayer can be used as an aid memoir for our own prayers and as a link with the wider church of which we are a part.
