On 11th March, the Standing Committee of the Church of Ireland elected Ven. Robin Bantry-White as Clerical Honorary Secretary of the Standing Committee and the General Synod.

He succeeds the Very Rev’d Desmond Harmon who died suddenly in December 2007.
